本文以采油厂中层管理干部综合考核评价体系的建设为核心,以充分调动采油厂广大中层管理干部立足油田发展、实现自身价值为关键。第二采油厂自2012年开始,为加强领导班子建设和干部管理,探索建立科学化的考核工作体系,不断改进考核方式,创新考核思路,完善考核机制,形成了方式科学化、程序规范化、结果公正化的考核工作新局面。
This paper focuses on the construction of middle management cadre comprehensive appraisal system in the oil production plant. It is the key to fully mobilize the broad middle management cadre of the oil production plant based on the development of the oil field and realize its own value. Since the beginning of 2012, the Second Oil Production Plant explores the establishment of a scientific examination system, the continuous improvement of the assessment methods, the innovation of assessment ideas and the improvement of assessment mechanisms in order to strengthen the leadership team building and management of cadres.
