本文给出了三向测交设计L_(1i),L_(2i)和L_(3i)(或1/2 P_i)方差分析中互作项方差分量的生统遗传学期望。这一期望的导出使得加性遗传分量D和显性遗传分量H的估值可由同一方差分析得出,并且所有的三向测交家系均得以利用,克服了现有三向测交分析中L_(3i)或L_(3si)在估计H、P_i在估计D和H时未被利用及完全三向测交设计时D和H由两个基于不同家系资料的方差分析估出的缺陷。本文还给出了确定显性方向的统计量F的一些其他估计方法。
In this paper, we present the ubiquitous genetic expectations for the variance component of the interaction in L_ (1i), L_ (2i) and L_ (3i) (or 1/2 P_i) ANOVA. The derivation of this expectation makes the evaluation of additive genetic component D and dominant genetic component H can be obtained by the same analysis of variance, and all the three-way diploma crossover families can be used to overcome L_ ( 3i) or L_ (3si) at estimation H, P_i are not utilized in the estimation of D and H and are completely three-way measured at the design D and H were determined by two ANOVAs based on different pedigree data. This paper also presents some other estimation methods to determine the statistic F of the dominant direction.
