[目的]探讨窦性心律震荡现象（HRT）对急性心肌梗死预后的影响。[方法]分析2006年1月至2010年5月我院心内科确诊为急性心肌梗死患者120例（急性心肌梗死组）与同期住院存在室性期前收缩的非心肌梗死患者100例（对照组）的24h动态心电图,计算窦性心律震荡的两个量化指标震荡初始（TO）和震荡斜率（TS）,并进行组间比较。[结果]急性心肌梗死组与对照组TO、TS比较,急性心肌梗死组TO值高、TS值低,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;与急性心肌梗死存活组TO、TS比较,死亡组TO值高、TS值低,差异均有
