把填充板、黄铜片和钢球3种不同材料填充到SA321管与SA387管板进行摩擦焊接实验,同组实验在不同转速条件下得到的各试样进行微结构分析、维氏硬度测试和射线探伤测试。结果表明,钢球填充焊接的焊缝硬度最大,为290 HV,黄铜片焊接实验样件焊缝接口不仅微观结构好、硬度高,而且不存在裂纹和气孔缺陷。在工具旋转、向下挤压及摩擦热的作用下,金属达到熔点后产生塑性变形并向工具中心轴线方向流动,焊缝边界位置硬度达到最大,而工具中心位置的硬度最低。
Fill plate, brass plate and steel ball were filled with three different materials SA321 tube and SA387 tube plate friction welding experiments, the same group of experiments at different speeds of the sample obtained microstructure analysis, Vickers hardness test and Radiographic testing. The results show that the weld bead hardness of the ball-filled welding is the highest, which is 290 HV. The weld joint of the brass specimen welding specimen has good microstructure, high hardness and no cracks and pores defects. Under the action of tool rotation, downward extrusion and frictional heat, the metal reaches the melting point and then plastically deforms and flows toward the center axis of the tool. The hardness of the weld boundary reaches the maximum while the hardness of the tool center is the lowest.
