目的 了解dystrophinglycoproteincomplex(DGC)在神经元性胆碱能突触中的表达。 方法 通过Westernblot和免疫荧光染色方法我们检查了DGC中组成蛋白dystrophin、utrophin、α dystroglycan、β dys troglycan在颈上神经节 (SCG)和下颌下神经节 (SMG)中的表达。 结果 dystrophin、utrophin在神经元性胆碱能突触中表达 ,推测它们有可能对神经元性胆碱能突触的发育和结构功能完整具有重要作用。结论 dys trophin、utrophin在神经元性胆碱能突触中表达 ,α 、β dystroglycan不在神经元性胆碱能突触中表达 ,神经元性胆碱能突触中存在和神经肌肉接头类似但不同的DGC复合物。
Objective To investigate the expression of dystrophinglycoprotein complex (DGC) in neuronal cholinergic synapses. Methods We examined the expression of dystrophin, utrophin, α dystroglycan and β dys troglycan in the supraga ganglion (SCG) and submandibular ganglion (SMG) by Western blot and immunofluorescence staining. Results dystrophin and utrophin were expressed in neuronal cholinergic synapses, suggesting that they may play an important role in the development of neuronal cholinergic synapses and the integrity of their structural functions. Conclusions dys trophin and utrophin are expressed in neuronal cholinergic synapses, α, β dystroglycan are not expressed in neuronal cholinergic synapses, and neuronal cholinergic synapses have similar but different neuromuscular junctions DGC complex.
