采用溶胶凝胶法分别制备Gd掺杂和Gd/N共掺杂纳米TiO_2光催化剂,用XRD、TEM、SEM等手段表征TiO_2光催化剂的形貌组织,用UV-Vis DRS、PL测试其光学性能。研究Gd掺杂量和Gd/N共掺杂量分别对二氧化钛在紫外和可见光下降解甲基橙性能的影响并分析其机理。结果表明:1.5%Gd掺杂TiO_2经7.6h紫外线照射下对甲基橙降解率达到100%,0.5%Gd、8.0%N共掺杂的TiO_2经7.6h可见光照射下对甲基橙降解率达到68.4%。
The Gd doped and Gd / N co-doped nano-TiO 2 photocatalysts were prepared by sol-gel method. The morphology of TiO 2 photocatalysts was characterized by XRD, TEM and SEM. The optical properties of the composites were tested by UV-Vis DRS and PL . The effects of Gd doping amount and Gd / N co-doping amount on the degradation of methyl orange in UV and visible light respectively were studied and their mechanism was analyzed. The results showed that the degradation rate of methyl orange in 1.5% Gd-doped TiO_2 reached 100% under 7.6h UV irradiation. The degradation rate of methyl orange irradiated with 7.6% of visible light was 0.5% Gd and 8.0% N, 68.4%.
