为了选择适合寒冷地区的输电线铁塔钢材,降低因低温冷脆破坏带来的杆塔断裂事故。根据低温拉伸和冲击韧性试验结果,结合相关规范要求和低温塑性及韧性指标,给出了低温环境下铁塔钢管和角钢钢材的选材方法。通过工程选材算例,给出了输电线铁塔钢材的选材结果。结果表明:算例钢材的低温塑性和韧性指标均能基本满足要求;建议在寒冷地区优先采用Q420B钢管钢材。
In order to select the transmission line tower steel suitable for the cold area, reduce the tower rupture caused by cold brittle failure. According to low temperature tensile and impact toughness test results, combined with the relevant specifications and low temperature plasticity and toughness indicators, given the selection method of steel tower and steel angle steel tower under low temperature environment. Through the example of project selection, the material selection result of transmission tower steel is given. The results show that the low temperature plasticity and toughness index of the example steel can basically meet the requirements; it is recommended that Q420B steel pipe be used preferentially in cold regions.
