2015年底闭幕的中央农村工作会议对加强农业供给侧结构性改革、推进农业现代化建设等多个方面作了全面的部署。供给侧结构性改革的新思路,是党中央综合分析世界经济长周期和我国发展阶段性特征及其相互作用所作出的重大判断,是适应、引领经济新常态的重大创新,对于破解当前玉米市场生产量、进口量、库存量“三量齐增”、深加工企业摆脱经营困境,玉米未来产业政策走向以及产业结构性调整都将起到至关重要的作用。
