用石膏固定42只大白鼠的右后肢4周,去固定后第一、二、四周参加慢跑训练(左后肢供自身对照).用软X线及CT底片拍照,经光学显微镜放大35倍,计算跟骨骨小梁数目;直接测量跟骨各径线、体积;用X线骨密度仪测定跟骨结节的骨密度.结果表明,固定4周后,跟骨宽径及体积变大、变形;骨小梁数目减少.康复慢跑训练,右跟骨骨膜反应.足、踝损伤经石膏固定的运动员,提踵能力下降,不敢持重,不敢完成跳跃落地动作,其基本病理变化之一是骨质疏松.
