为实现对尾矿库失稳溃坝警情状态的系统评价,并考虑影响因素之间的不确定性、随机性和模糊性问题,将云模型和D-S证据理论相结合,构建了基于云模型和D-S证据理论的尾矿库失稳溃坝警情评价模型,即利用云模型实现对区间型数据的统一建模处理,再采用D-S证据理论对不同证据进行融合处理,得到最终的评价结果。实例应用表明,该模型评价结果与实际情况相符,在处理不确定性信息融合问题上有效、合理。
