为进一步促进经济增长、就业和科技创新，有必要合理降低企业税费负担。本文在对江苏省企业税收状况砟了全面调查的基础上，通过周边塔市企业税费负担的比较分析，得出结论显示：尽管江苏企业收费项总数要比周边省市少，但收费总额、涉企收费数却居首位，由此提出减轻企税负的政策建议。
