公共文化服务是构建社会主义核心价值体系的核心内容,也是实现中华民族伟大复兴“中国梦”的关键性精神支持。由于受到一系列主客观因素的影响,农牧区、少数民族等偏远地区还存在一些问题,城乡公共文化服务呈现出较大的差距。同时,需要进一步深入分析拉萨城乡基本公共文化服务均等化问题,在贯彻中央精神需求的同时,也要为实现拉萨甚至是西藏的长远发展提供有利的保障。 Public cultural service is the core content of building the socialist core value system and also the key spiritual support for realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. Due to a series of subjective and objective factors, there are still some problems in remote areas such as farming, animal husbandry and ethnic minorities, and there is a big gap between urban and rural public cultural services. At the same time, there is a need to further analyze the issue of equalization of basic public cultural services in Lhasa and rural areas. While implementing the spiritual needs of the Central Government, we must also provide favorable guarantees for the long-term development of Lhasa and even Tibet.
