1 病例摘要患者女,44岁,农民.右眼因霉菌性角膜溃疡在当地医院行眼内容物剜出术后30天,左眼视物变形,视力下降,眼部抽痛10天,于1990年5月5日入院.全身检查无殊.眼部检查:右眼球结膜充血,伴轻度水肿,残留的巩膜卷缩,巩膜内壁皱折处可见棕黑色葡萄膜样组织残留.左眼视力0.2,球结膜无充血,角膜后KP(-),前房可见细胞浮游,玻璃体内有少量点状灰白色尘埃状混浊.眼底检查:视盘边界模糊,轻度
