目的:提高基层医院感染管理水平,落实基层医院感染基本要求。方法:针对既往乡镇卫生院在医院感染管理中存在的问题,组织乡镇卫生院院长、业务院长、院感办主任及院感办专兼职人员学习《基层医疗机构医院感染管理基本要求》、《医院感染管理办法》、《消毒技术规范》等新知识,提高乡镇卫生院医院感染管理预防与控制能力,完善乡镇卫生院医院感染管理体系,加强广大职工医院感染管理相关知识培训,对于基层乡镇卫生院在感染管理工作中存在的问题进行分析,并作出改进。结果:健全制度同时明确职责,加强培训以提高认识,提出针对性的改进措施,有效的促进了基层医院医院感染管理基本要求的落实,提高乡镇卫生院医院感染管理预防与控制能力。结论:基层乡镇卫生院感染管理工作需要明确责任及其职责,强化基层员工感染控制的意识,改善卫生院基础设施,加强监测和监控,完善各单位防护措施。
Objective: To improve the level of infection management in primary hospitals and implement the basic requirements of primary hospital infection. Methods: According to the existing problems in the management of nosocomial infection in township hospitals, we organized the chief requirements of nosocomial infection management in primary health care institutions to organize chiefs of township hospitals, business deans, director of nosocomial offices and part-time staff of nosocomial institutions, “Nosocomial Infection Management Measures”, “disinfection technical specifications” and other new knowledge to improve the prevention and control of infection in hospitals and township hospitals, prevention and control capacity, improve the hospital management system of township hospitals, and strengthen the training of workers and staff hospital infection management knowledge, for the grassroots towns Hospital infection management work in the analysis of the problems and make improvements. Results: Sound system, clear responsibilities, strengthen training to raise awareness, put forward targeted improvement measures, effectively promote the implementation of the basic requirements of hospital infection management in primary hospitals, and improve the ability of prevention and control of hospital infection management in township hospitals. Conclusion: The management of grass-roots township hospitals need to clear responsibilities and responsibilities, strengthen grass-roots staff awareness of infection control, improve the infrastructure of hospitals, strengthen monitoring and control, improve the protection measures of various units.
