师资队伍是提高教学质量的核心,普通高校军事理论兼职教师队伍建设对军事理论课程发展具有重要作用。本文以江苏省军事理论兼职教师队伍建设为例,从其现实依据、现状以及对策三个方面进行了科学分析,进而推进军事理论兼职教师队伍建设,提高国防教育课程整体质量。
The teaching staff is the core of improving teaching quality. The construction of part-time teachers’ contingent of military theory in colleges and universities plays an important role in the development of military theory courses. Taking the construction of part-time teachers in military theory of Jiangsu Province as an example, this article makes a scientific analysis from the following three aspects: its actual basis, current situation and countermeasures, and then advances the contingent of military part-time teachers to improve the overall quality of national defense education.
