一般认为激光相变硬化适于珠光体基的材料。本文通过对18Cr_2Ni_4WA(调质)的激光相变硬化试验表明:(1)激光相变硬化同样适用于基体为回火索氏体的材料并得到很细的马氏体。(2)激光相变硬化可提高处理区域的常温疲劳抗力。(3)激光相变硬化具有明显的叠加硬化效应。也作了激光熔融后猝冷及激光冲击汽化试验。
Laser phase transformation is generally considered to be suitable for pearlite-based materials. In this paper, the laser phase transformation hardening test of 18Cr_2Ni_4WA (quenched and tempered) shows that: (1) The laser phase-change hardening is also suitable for the material with tempered sorbite matrix and fine martensite. (2) Laser phase transformation hardening can improve the fatigue resistance at room temperature of the processing area. (3) laser phase hardening has a significant effect of superposition hardening. Also made after laser melting quenching and laser shock vaporization test.
