武术教学是一个复杂的过程,套路的记忆是较困难的。本文通过实验,认为在武术套路的教学中运用想象练习法,是可行的。
Wushu teaching is a complex process, routine memory is more difficult. Through experiments, I think that it is feasible to use imagination practice in the teaching of Wushu routine.
