第一章总则第一条:本章程根据中央人民政府政务院颁布的农民协会组织通则第十九条之规定制定之。第二条:陕西省农民协会,省级以下的专区、县(市)、区、乡农民协会,均适用本章程。第三条:农民协会的任务是:(甲)团结雇农、贫农、中农及农村中一切反封建的份子,遵照人民政府的政策法令,有步骤地实行反封建的社会改革,保护农民利益。(乙)组织农民生产,举办农村合作社,发展农业和副业,改善农民生活。(丙)保障农民的政治权利,提高农民的政治和文化水平,参加人民民主政权的建设工作。
Chapter I General Provisions Article 1: These Articles of Association are formulated in accordance with the provisions of Article 19 of the General Rules for the Organization of Farmer Associations promulgated by the Central People’s Government and the State Council. Article 2: Shaanxi Provincial Peasant Association, the provincial level below the area, county (city), district, township farmers association, are applicable to this charter. Article 3: The mission of the peasant association is to: (a) Unite all anti-feudal forces among farm laborers, poor peasants, middle peasants and rural areas, follow the policies and decrees of the people’s government, and systematically implement anti-feudal social reforms to protect the interests of peasants. (B) Organize peasant production, organize rural cooperatives, develop agriculture and sideline businesses, and improve peasant life. (C) Protect the peasants ’political rights, raise the peasants’ political and cultural standards, and participate in the construction of the people’s democratic government.
