当前,反腐败斗争形势依然严峻复杂,一些不正之风和腐败问题影响恶劣、亟待解决。而反腐工作能否从如今的治标走向治本,能否让各级官员从不敢贪、不能贪到不想贪,法治思维和方式是反腐工作绕不开的坎。那么如何去培养人们的法治思维,如何去运用法治的方式来加强反腐败斗争,正是本文研究的核心。
At present, the anti-corruption struggle situation is still grim and complicated. Some unhealthy tendencies and problems of corruption have a bad influence and are in urgent need of solution. Whether anti-corruption work can go from the present standard of treatment to permanent cure can enable officials at all levels to never greed, can not be greedy, do not want to be greedy, and rule of law thinking and methods can not be circumvented by anti-corruption work. So how to cultivate people’s thinking on the rule of law and how to use the rule of law to strengthen anti-corruption struggle are just the core of this article.
