我院自1979年1月至1988年1月采用导管内支撑法行输卵管吻合术60例,方法简单,效果良好,分析报告如下: 一、临床资料本组手术对象全部为输卵管绝育术后,因各种原因需要行输卵管再通者,年龄最小29岁,最大39岁,其中29岁3例,30～39岁57例。绝育术距行输卵管吻合时间最短1年,最长8年。全部受术者身体健康,月经正常,常规妇科检查,盆腔未发现其它异常。手术时间选在月经干净后3～7天。
