零间隙配置的镀锌薄板焊接与汽车工业有明显的利益关系。汽车工业应用这种激光焊接方法,可在普通的制造过程中生产出高耐久性的车身。现如今,良好的焊接效果只能通过昂贵的建设性过程,如夹紧装置来实现。由于在两个薄板的接触面上会排出汽化锌,实现零间隙配置焊接是一项很大的挑战。为找到影响锁眼和熔化槽的合适焊接参数,研发了应用于激光微创焊接的三维模拟和高速成像系统。
Zero-gap configuration of galvanized sheet welding and the automotive industry has a clear interest. The automotive industry uses this laser welding method to produce high-durability bodies during normal manufacturing. Nowadays, good welding results can only be achieved with expensive, constructive processes such as clamping. Zero-gap configuration welding is a challenge due to the discharge of vaporized zinc at the contact surfaces of the two sheets. To find suitable welding parameters that affect the keyhole and the melting tank, a 3D simulation and high-speed imaging system for laser minimally invasive welding has been developed.
