基于工业设备在节能化改造开发项目中遇到的质量管理问题,首先,综合分析客户对项目对象需求与期望日益复杂化和动态化的特点、项目质量体系及项目后期的升级需求,提出并分析将质量功能展开法运用到高度客户化的项目需求分析中,与基准比较法配合使用形成项目质量规划;其次,综合运用质量管理体系和流程法建立完善的质量保证体系,管理项目中产品和服务相关的各个节点;最后,在项目质量持续改进环节使用PDCA方法为项目质量的持续改进提供保障。为在客户化和非标准性的客户解决方案类业务项目管理中引入客户参与提供了新思路,从而提高了解决方案类项目的客户满意度和市场接受度。
