校企合作不仅仅是学校与企业的合作行为,更是教育与经济的结合。对于高等院校来说,校企合作是高等院校的办学特色和方向,是提升学生综合职业能力的必经之路。校企合作的成功,最根本的在于学校要善于运作自身的办学资源—特色、专业实力以及社会声誉,找到双方合作的结合点。校企合作作为提升学生综合职业能力的一种新的教育模式,需要在理论上深入地研究和探索,在实践中不断完善和发展。
School-enterprise cooperation is not only a cooperation between schools and enterprises, but also a combination of education and economy. For colleges and universities, the cooperation between schools and enterprises is the characteristic and direction of running colleges and universities, which is the only way to enhance students’ comprehensive vocational ability. The most fundamental part of the success of school-enterprise cooperation lies in that schools should be good at running their own resources for running schools - characteristics, professional strength and social reputation, and find a combination point of their cooperation. As a new education mode to enhance students’ comprehensive vocational ability, school-enterprise cooperation needs to be deeply researched and explored theoretically, and continuously improved and developed in practice.
