本文阐述了低淬透性钢的成分及冶金、机械性能。从多年以低淬钢代替合金钢制造车辆重载齿轮的大量实验测定、对比分析表明:齿轮的制造工艺稳定,质量良好,性能相当或优于20CrMnTi、20CrMnMo;台架试验寿命接近或超过低碳合金钢,装机使用寿命超过规定的5000小时。由于低淬钢比合金钢成本低、能源消耗少,用其制造重载齿轮有显著经济效益。
This article describes the composition of low hardenability steel and metallurgical, mechanical properties. From many years of low-quenched steel to replace the alloy steel manufacturing heavy-duty gear test a large number of experiments, the comparative analysis showed that: the gear manufacturing process is stable, good quality, performance is equal to or better than 20CrMnTi, 20CrMnMo; bench test life close to or more than low carbon Alloy steel, installed life of more than 5000 hours. Low-quenched steel is less costly than alloy steel and consumes less energy, making it a significant economic benefit to manufacture heavy-duty gears.
