该文应用Bremner法测定烤烟根标和非根际土壤的有机氮各组分含量的结果表明:烤烟根际与非根际土壤中酸水解氮总量的差异不明显,但其各组分含量养异较大;氨基酸氮、氨态氮在烤烟根际表明显著积累,氨基糖氮变化不大,未知态氮在烤烟根际出现明显堀缺,非酸水解氮在烤烟根际也出现了显著积累;有机氮组分中的氨态氮与碱解氮有显著的相关性。
