目前,鞍钢在没有真空脱气装置的条件下,采用大型氧气转炉顶底复合吹炼、钢包精炼和钢坯缓冷的工艺措施,降低钢中硫、气体含量,使夹杂物球化,提高钢板的Z向性能。研究结果表明,钢种的化学成分合理,钢材综合性能较佳,通过实物对比试验,铜板的Z向性能等主要技术指标达到日本同类产品KD36—Z35的实物水平,满足了海上采油平台用钢的需要。
