一、问题提出体育与健康课程标准确立了“健康第一”的指导思想,把促进学生身体、心理和社会适应能力整体健康水平的提高作为目标。这就要求体育教学要把让学生成为终身体育者作为教学目标。传统的体育比较注重课堂中的学习,注重于跟着老师学习,只重视学生在校时间的身体素质提高,同时也由于课堂教学过分地强调规定性、规范化以及过多的强调统一标准,因此忽视了体育方法和体育能力的培养,造成学生被动学习,无法激发练习积极性,产生不了“热”效应,达不到锻炼的效果,更谈不上养成自觉锻炼的习惯。
