目的:对神怡颗粒中甘草酸和甘草次酸的含量进行测定,为神怡颗粒质量标准提供依据。方法:运用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)对神怡颗粒中甘草酸与甘草次酸的含量进行测定。结果:在波长254nm条件下,神怡颗粒中主要成分未对甘草酸和甘草次酸峰值造成影响,并且线性关系非常良好。此外,精密度实验、稳定性实验、重复性实验和回收率实验均表现良好,最终测得三个批次样品的甘草酸和甘草次酸含量。结论:神怡颗粒中的甘草酸和甘草次酸含量可作为其质量标准。
Objective: To determine the contents of glycyrrhizinic acid and glycyrrhetinic acid in Shenyi granule, and provide basis for Shenyi granule quality standard. Methods: The contents of glycyrrhizin and glycyrrhetinic acid in Shenyi granule were determined by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Results: Under the wavelength of 254 nm, the main components of Shenyi Granules did not affect the peaks of glycyrrhizin and glycyrrhetinic acid, and the linear relationship was very good. In addition, precision experiments, stability experiments, reproducibility experiments and recovery experiments performed well, and finally the contents of glycyrrhizic acid and glycyrrhetinic acid in three batches of samples were measured. Conclusion: The content of glycyrrhizic acid and glycyrrhetinic acid in Shenyi granules can be used as the quality standard.
