本研究鉴定广州市鸡冠花叶疫病病原为砖红镰刀菌鸡冠花专化型（ｆｕｓａｒｉｕｍＩａｔｅｒｉｔｉｕｍＮｅｅｓｅｍｅｎｄＳｎｙｄ．＆Ｈａｎｓ．ｆ．ｓｐ．ｃｅｌｏｓｉａｅＭａｔｕｏＴ．），此专化型为国内首次报道．该菌在２０—３５℃下可以侵入并引起发病；孢子萌发和菌丝生长的温度为１５—３５℃，最适温度为２５—３０℃．每年９—１１月份，广州市各公园普遍发生，为害严重．
In this study, it was identified that the pathogen of cellar disease in Guangzhou was Fusarium Iateritium NeesemendSnyd. & Hans.f.sp.celosiaeMatuoT. This special type was first reported in China. The bacteria invade at 20-35 ℃ and cause disease; spore germination and hypha growth temperature of 15-35 ℃, the optimum temperature of 25-30 ℃. From September to November each year, parks in Guangzhou City are commonplace, causing serious damage.
