一种新型的检测圆柱滚子表面裂纹的涡流探伤仪,由航空航天部633研究所与哈尔滨轴承厂共同研制成功,近日通过部级技术鉴定。该仪器是机电配套设备、具有检测、自动分选功能,只要对仪器按所需要的检出“废品”标准,调定仪器的“相位”及“灵敏度”,即可正常检测。其通过送料装置,定时间隔的将滚子送到机械展开装置上,使其作螺旋直线前进运动,对圆柱滚子作整个外圆表面的完全扫描、接受点状涡流探头的检测、质量合格的滚子被输送到贮料箱;质量不合格的“废品”滚子,面板上裂纹指示灯即闪亮、同时触发废子门即行开启、“废品”滚子即被输送到废料箱、从而实现了自动检测及分选。仪器能检测直径ψ9~ψ14滚子的表面裂纹、压痕、凹坑、折迭、磨伤等缺陷,对于肉眼难以观察到的细小裂纹及外径面近倒角处缺陷亦十分敏感。仪器灵敏度(检测裂纹深度)0.03~0.05毫米,漏检率小于0.2%,检测速度可达2000余粒/小时,并可调节、改变机械展开装置、还可扩大被检测滚子的外径规格。
