用聚合酶链反应(PCR)检测16例女阴假性湿疣皮损中的人乳头瘤病毒HPV DNA。患者年龄27~43岁,均在小阴唇内侧有对称分布光滑和丝状隆起的丘疹。组织病理改变有棘层肥厚或乳头瘤样增生,但无凹空细胞和活跃的有丝分裂相。其中8例皮损作了透射电镜研究,在角朊细胞核内未发现有病毒颗粒。所有损害内均未能检出HPV DNA,每次试验的阳性对照标本均阳性。
Polymerase chain reaction (PCR) was used to detect human papillomavirus HPV DNA in 16 cases of lesions of female genital warts. Patients aged 27 to 43 years, are evenly distributed on the inside of the labia minora and filiform bulge pimples. Histopathological changes have a stratum hypertrophy or papilloma-like hyperplasia, but no concave cells and active mitotic phase. 8 cases of lesions made by transmission electron microscopy, keratinocyte nuclei found no virus particles. HPV DNA was not detected in all lesions, and the positive control specimens for each test were positive.
