介绍了国内外先进的帘线钢炼钢工艺流程。以日本神户制钢为例,重点介绍了帘线钢化学成分控制新技术及夹杂物控制,并分析了向钢水中添加新型含锂材料提高多组分氧化物夹杂的韧性、细化夹杂物颗粒的技术发明。在连铸方面,采用动态轻压下、电磁搅拌、电脉冲处理技术是防止帘线钢铸坯中心偏析和中心疏松、提高帘线钢质量的有效手段。最后指出应用神户制钢开发的新技术生产冷加工性能和疲劳性能均优异的超纯净帘线钢,可获得显著的经济效益。
