我今年76岁,曾于2002年11月确诊贲门癌并手术。术后没有接受化疗,而是一直坚持服用鲜动物药和含有鲜药的中药配方,配以鲜药用植物为菜肴。在注意饮食多样化的同时,配合适当的活动锻炼加之宽心纾解,养身养性,走过了这十多年,我的工作生活井井有条。今年年初的健康检查结果显示,除稍有贫血外,未见其它异常。在与疾病做斗争的过程中,我认为鲜药的作用功不可没。谨以此文介绍几种常见的药食两用鲜品及用法与大家分享。
I am 76 years old. I was diagnosed with cardia cancer and surgery in November 2002.
