60例血尿患者的血与尿红细胞平均容积波测定。肾性尿红细胞平均容积(50.90±11.00fL)与肾外尿红细胞平均容积(80.90±9.95fL)比较差异有高度显著性(P<0.001).肾性尿红细胞平均容积与自身血红细胞平均容积(82.55±7.42fL)比较,差异也有高度显著性(P<0.001)。肾外尿红细胞平均容积与自身血红细胞平均容积(82.82±6.23fL)比较,差异无显著性(P<0.05).我们认为此方法简便经济,灵敏度高,特异性强,适于基层医院推广。
Determination of Blood and Urine Erythrocyte Mean Volume Wave in 60 Hematuria Patients. The mean volume of renal urinary red blood cells (50.90 ± 11.00fL) was significantly higher than that of urinary exudates (80.90 ± 9.95fL) (P <0.001). The average volume of renal urinary red blood cells and their own red blood cells average volume (82.55 ± 7.42fL), the difference was also highly significant (P <0.001). The average volume of extrarenal urinary red blood cells and their own red blood cells average volume (82.82 ± 6.23fL), the difference was not significant (P <0.05). We think this method is simple and economic, high sensitivity and specificity, suitable for promotion of primary hospitals.
