本文从人事档案管理的现状入手,分析了我国现行人事档案管理方式及其存在的弊端,在此基础上提出了建立人事档案社会化管理模式的思路。
This article starts with the current situation of personnel file management, analyzes the current management mode of personnel file in our country and its existing shortcomings. On this basis, it puts forward the idea of establishing a socialized management model of personnel files.
