根据《基础教育课程改革纲要》和教育部关于普通高中新课程实验的相关文件精神,2007年秋,北京市普通高中将全面进入课程改革。这次课改不同于以往学科内容、教学方式的局部调整,而是涉及到课程体系设置、学校管理、考试评价升学制度、教师行为、学生学习行为等方方面面的一次系统变革。对众多的一线教师来说,系统的变革既是严峻的挑战,也是发展的机遇。随着普通高中新课改的全面进入,一线教师到底作何感想,有何认知,同时又有着怎样的心理与行为准备?《一线教师,直面高中新课改……》,让我们聆听高中新课改备战阶段的一线教师的声音。
According to the “Outline of the Basic Education Curriculum Reform” and the relevant documents of the Ministry of Education on the general high school new curriculum experiment, in the fall of 2007, Beijing’s ordinary high school will fully enter the curriculum reform. The curriculum reform is different from the previous partial adjustment of the subject content and teaching methods, but involves a systemic reform of the curriculum system setting, school management, examination evaluation system, teacher behavior, student learning behavior and other aspects. For many front-line teachers, the systemic change is both a severe challenge and an opportunity for development.
