我校英语学科在推行新课改的过程中,发现了新教材要求与学生实际能力有差距、启发式教学与学生被动学习思维相矛盾、多媒体教学与学校媒体资源有限相冲突等若干难点问题,笔者凭借多年的英语教学经验,针对这些难点问题总结了“重基础讲落实、重差异讲分层、重兴趣讲自主”这一套行之有效的实施策略,在此结合实例从学理上加以分析.
