应用ABC免疫亲和组化方法检测了西非单叶豆(BSL)、花生凝集素(PNA)、双花扁豆凝集素(DBA)和荆豆凝集素(UEA)在肝癌及癌旁组织中的表达。结果显示四种凝集素在肝癌及癌旁组织中表现出不同的阳性率;肝癌PNA阳性表达率>BSL和DBA>UEA(P<0.05),而癌旁组织中的BSL阳性表达率显著高于其他三种(P<0.05);PNA和DBA在癌组织中阳性表达率显著高于癌旁组织。且各种凝集素在肝癌及癌旁组织阳性定位亦不同,表明细胞发生癌变时细胞表面的糖链结构发生了变化。
The expression of BSL, PNA, DBA and UEA in hepatocellular carcinoma and adjacent tissues was detected by ABC immunoaffinity immunohistochemistry. . The results showed that four lectins showed different positive rates in hepatocellular carcinoma and adjacent tissues; the positive rate of PNA in liver cancer>BSL and DBA>UEA (P<0.05), and the positive rate of BSL in para-cancer tissues was significantly higher The other three (P < 0.05); PNA and DBA positive expression rate in cancer tissue was significantly higher than the adjacent tissue. In addition, the positive localization of various lectins in liver cancer and adjacent tissues was also different, indicating that the cell surface has changed its sugar chain structure during canceration.
