经济法中的法律责任理论是经济法理论的一个重要分支,也是最近几年来经济法理论界的学术理论所讨论的热点话题。经济发责任的理论问题的探究是对构成经济发理论体系构建具有重大的理论意义。随着改革开放的进展,我国引入经济发观念之后,经济法在我国蓬勃的发展,有着重大的意义。尽管学者对经济法法律责任有着深入的研究,但是法律责任在独立形态问题上却一直存在着争议。
The legal liability theory in economic law is an important branch of economic law theory and the hot topic discussed in the academic theory of economic law theorists in recent years. The exploration of the theoretical issue of economic responsibility is of great theoretical significance to the construction of the theoretical system of economic development. With the progress of reform and opening up, after China introduced the concept of economic development, the vigorous development of economic law in our country is of great significance. Although scholars have conducted in-depth studies on the legal responsibilities of economic law, the legal liability has always been controversial on the issue of independent forms.
