波士顿大学教授海卫·怀特说过:“日本的成功大部分是由于他们的蓝领工人懂得高等数学,看得懂复杂的工程图纸,并能从事先进的技术工作,他们这方面比美国蓝领工人强。”也就是说,一个国家、一个企业人力资源的优劣不仅取决于总量、体力和道德观念,更取决于智力素质,文化素质,也就是受教育程度。现代企业中继续教育己成为人力资源开发主要途径,成为企业发展的“生命工程”。 一、现代企业继续教育的新格局 继续教育的发展是由企业运行机制决定的,现代企业制度对继续教育提出了新的要求,使企业继续教育工程呈现新的格局。
