在上料系统的PLC自动控制中,查找满足条件的料仓进行备料操作时,通常是根据所需料种的原料代码与各料仓所储原料的代码进行比较,找到第一个符合条件的料仓就可以进行下一步的备料操作。但当存在多个满足条件的结果时,就会希望最合理地选择其中的一个,以更好地满足生产工艺及生产设备的要求。以首秦公司转炉炼钢二级模型自动控制改造项目为背景,在合金上料系统PLC控制的二级改造中,针对生产实际要求,通过三个步骤的算法,实现了优化选仓功能。
