高压电子射线处理过的人羊膜无抗原性,局部异物性刺激小,临床上取得了较好的效果。施术以陈旧性干穿孔(大小不拘)或不完全干的穿孔但至多一年中仅出现耳漏1~2次者为对象。术前行咽鼓管检查。未完全干耳者用抗生素治疗。人羊膜的制备:尽量无菌采集剖腹产的人羊膜,用生理盐水洗净,剪成2×2cm大小,并封入塑料袋中。浸放到干冰加99%乙醇内,移到电子加速器中,以每秒2.4×10~5r的比例,转8.4秒。总量200万r高压电子射线照射(150万V,15μA)之后,保存在-25℃的冷库内。需要时,用无菌生理盐水洗净,复温,放在无菌培养器上,把羊膜胎盘面,即有光泽的中胚叶面向上,展开,干燥后使用。鼓膜修补法:外耳道充分清拭,将浸湿鼓膜
