“发现新秀,聚焦关注”。《法制与经济》一直致力于发现法学研究优秀人才和学术带头人,推动更多有思考力的热心研究者进入学者和决策者的视野。在2016年,杂志社举行为期一年的“优秀论文投票”活动,一期一评。做学问,贵在专一,《法制与经济》也一直专一地守着学术的阵地。一份坚持不易,我们将专注于构建一个有品质的平台,与学者们一起探讨法学研究,一起将研究成果转化为更好的实际运用。现将8月刊获奖排名公布如下:
