在测定了林县互隔交链孢霉素A的化学结构并对其致突变作用研究的基础上,我们进一步对互隔交链孢霉261株产生的毒素B组份进行了分离纯化。经TLC和硅胶柱层析纯化,获得了互隔交链孢霉素B,在二氯甲烷:甲醇:水(55:4:4)中TLC,它的Rf值为0.10。它在长波紫外光下显示黄色荧光的特性表明:它是一种荧光活性物质。经美国威斯康辛大学朱繁生教授初步鉴别,认为它与Altenuene相同,互隔交链孢霉素B对大肠杆菌ND—160具有致突变作用。
Based on the determination of the chemical structure of Alternating Staphylococci A in Linxian County and the mutagenicity of the mutants, we further isolated and purified the toxin B component produced by Alternaria Alternaria. Purification by TLC and silica gel column chromatography afforded Interlacunicacin B, TLC in dichloromethane: methanol: water (55: 4: 4) with an Rf value of 0.10. Its long-wave UV yellow light shows that it is a fluorescent active substance. By the United States University of Wisconsin Professor Zhu Fan Sheng preliminary identification, that it is the same with Altenuene, alternatoclastomycin B on E. coli ND-160 has a mutagenic effect.
