对131例女性乳腺癌进行前瞻性研究。首次采用乳头横断多层面取材病检方法检出乳头浸润者28例，总阳性率21．4％。其中Ⅰ期乳腺癌乳头阳性率13．6％，Ⅱ期16．7％，Ⅲ期38．7％。观察研究肿瘤期别、肿瘤位置、乳头临床表现等特征与乳头受累的密切关系。肿瘤期别与乳头受累成正比（P＜0．05）。肿瘤位置距乳头越近，乳头受累机率越大（P＜0．01），肿瘤伴于中央区或距乳头5cm以内者，乳头受累已难幸免。不宜行保守性手术。乳头临床表现一旦异常，镜下多已有浸润（P＜0．05）。
A prospective study of 131 women with breast cancer was conducted. For the first time, 28 cases of nipple infiltrates were detected using the method of cross-sectional examination of the nipples. The total positive rate was 21.4%. The positive rate of stage I breast cancer was 13.6%, 16.7% in phase II, and 38.7% in phase III. Observe and study the close relationship between tumor stage, tumor location, and clinical manifestations of nipple and nipple involvement. The tumor stage was directly proportional to the nipple involvement (P<0.05). The closer the tumor location was to the nipple, the greater the chance of nipple involvement (P<0.01). The tumor was associated with the central area or within 5 cm of the nipple, and the nipple involvement was not spared. Conservative surgery should not be performed. Once the clinical manifestations of the nipple were abnormal, there were more infiltrates under the microscope (P<0.05).
