随着钢包喷射冶金技术的发展,对喷射冶金效果的研究逐步深化。喷射冶金的效果除与粉剂的物化性态、钢中[O]量、运载气体的性质、喷吹的气动参数、喷枪的几何位置、喷枪孔数等诸因素有关外,还与钢包的内衬材质及钢液表面渣有着极其密切的关系。针对这两方面的问题,我们在0.65吨粘土砖包衬和粘土砖铝镁砖渣线的包衬上喷吹Ca-Si粉脱硫,从中探索喷射冶金过程中钢-渣-包衬三者的变化规律,从而寻求最佳的喷射冶金效果。
