目的探索小学生学校控烟干预的模式并予以评价。方法采用两阶段整群抽样的方法,选取两所小学的所有四、五年级学生566人为研究对象。对于预组进行为期一年的综合控烟干预。评价采用自填调查问卷的方法,在于预前、干预后、干预后半年分别进行调查。结果干预后干预组一年内的尝试吸烟率由7.8%下降到2.6%,被动吸烟率由53.6%下降到41.8%,有关烟草预防的认知、态度、技能也有所提高。但干预后半年干预组个别指标有所回落。结论学校综合性控烟干预是可行、有效的,但干预效果还需加以巩固。
Objective To explore the model of primary school students’ tobacco control interventions and evaluate them. Methods A two-stage cluster sampling method was used to select 566 students from all four and five grades in two primary schools. For the pre-group for a year of comprehensive tobacco control intervention. Evaluation of the method of using self-administered questionnaires, is pre-intervention, intervention, six months after the intervention were investigated. Results In the intervention group, the smoking prevalence rate in one year decreased from 7.8% to 2.6% and the passive smoking rate dropped from 53.6% to 41.8%. The cognition, attitudes and skills about tobacco prevention were also improved. However, individual interventions in the six-month intervention group dropped slightly after the intervention. Conclusion Comprehensive tobacco control intervention in schools is feasible and effective, but the intervention effect needs to be consolidated.
