千百年来,人们在不停地探寻着长寿的奥秘。人们一生中大部分时间是在居室环境中度过的,我们在居室里吃饭、睡觉、学习、娱乐,居室环境的好坏对人的身体健康和精神情绪都有直接的影响。因此,拥有一个健康的居住环境是非常重要的。科学的养生能使人长寿,养生与居室环境有着密切的关系。
For thousands of years, people are continually exploring the mysteries of longevity. People spend most of their life in the living room environment. We eat, sleep, study and entertain in the living room. The environment of the living room has a direct impact on people’s health and mental state. Therefore, to have a healthy living environment is very important. Scientific health can make people longevity, health and living environment has a close relationship.
