目的提高四川省亚急型克山病发生地区人群硒营养水平,降低亚急型克山病发病率。方法 2007-01/2009-12在攀枝花市仁和区,凉山州的西昌市、冕宁县全民食用国标允许剂量的硒强化营养碘盐,同步进行盐硒、人群发硒水平、克山病病情监测,统计分析预防效果。结果 2007-2009年和邦、盐源盐厂生产的硒碘盐中硒均值为:3.96mg/kg;3地居民食用硒碘盐中硒均值为:3.62mg/kg,基本符合国家标准;3地居民发硒均值为:0.338μg/g,高于2006年的本底值(0.294μg/g);3地无亚急型克山病新发病例,慢型、潜在型克山病检出率1.16%,低于2006年的本底值(2.46%)。结论 2007-2009年预防性补硒项目,整体提高了硒碘盐覆盖地区人群硒营养水平,无亚急型克山病的发生,降低了慢型、潜在型病例的检出。
Objective To improve the level of selenium nutrition in sub-acute Keshan disease in Sichuan Province and reduce the incidence of sub-acute Keshan disease. Methods From January 2007 to December 2009, the allowable doses of selenium fortified iodized salt were fed to Renhe District of Panzhihua City, Xichang City of Liangshan Prefecture and Mianning County, respectively. Results The average selenium content in selenium iodized salt produced by Yanyuan Salt Factory from 2007 to 2009 was 3.96mg / kg. The average selenium content in selenium iodized salt consumed by 3 residents was 3.62mg / kg, basically in line with national standards. 3 The average selenium value of residents was 0.338μg / g, which was higher than the background value of 0.294μg / g in 2006. Three new cases without subacute Keshan disease were detected, and the chronic and latent Keshan disease were detected The rate was 1.16%, lower than the 2006 background (2.46%). Conclusion The preventive selenium project from 2007 to 2009 has generally improved the level of selenium nutrition in selenium-iodized salt-covered areas without the occurrence of subacute Keshan disease and reduced the detection of chronic and latent cases.
