目的:探讨反复自然流产(RSA)与促血管生成素-2(Ang-2)的关系。方法:用免疫组化法检测33例反复自然流产患者和37例健康早孕人工流产妇女的绒毛膜组织中Ang-2的表达水平。结果:自然流产组Ang-2的表达高于人工流产组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组Ang-2的表达均与年龄无关(P>0.05);自然流产组Ang-2的表达与胚胎孕周呈正相关(P<0.05),而人工流产组Ang-2的表达与胚胎孕周无关(P>0.05)。结论:Ang-2的高表达可能是造成自然流产的原因之一。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between recurrent spontaneous abortion (RSA) and angiopoietin-2 (Ang-2). Methods: The expression of Ang-2 in chorionic tissue of 33 spontaneous abortion patients and 37 healthy early pregnancy induced abortion women were detected by immunohistochemistry. Results: The expression of Ang-2 in spontaneous abortion group was higher than that of induced abortion group (P <0.05). The expression of Ang-2 in both spontaneous abortion groups was not related to age (P> 0.05) (P <0.05), while the expression of Ang-2 in induced abortion group had no correlation with gestational weeks (P> 0.05). Conclusion: The high expression of Ang-2 may be one of the causes of spontaneous abortion.
